Tacos?

My girlfriend loves tacos.. :love: Suppose I shouldn't be too surprised, you Mexicasa's are a bad influence on people. I should also add, that I don't use the proper corn chip tacos, my Hutt's using there tongue and great throat too crush things.

I was hoping I could grab some secret ingredients or some interesting ideas too 'spice' up her love of tacos.. What are some of the herbs, spices or special things that Mexicasa mothers' and there sons' do too make food tasty over there...?

ponle cilantro , perejil , cebollita picada chile ancho , chile grueso, chile de arbol, chile manzano, chiles serranos, tomate verde, y sal, todo esto nomas para la salsa ahora que si quieres arto sabor prepara Guacamole con tortillas , chicharron de puerca y puerco :D , frijoles charros ( por lo de la reata ) , el clasico limon con sal , hay artas cosas para ponerle a un taco :love:

home made hot sauce with some lemon and salt

the sauce's ingredients are: chili(5 or 6), tomatoes(4or5), some water and salt (a bit), put them in the food processor (when its done should look like the photo) then serve just for seasoning your delicious taco, as boss said, you can add some avocado, onion and some spicy herbs in order to get the best taste :nod:

Damn right you're using the wrong corn tortilla. You have to use the soft kind. Not flour tortillas, I mean soft corn tortillas.

And use fried beans liberally.

And if you have to fight the chili burn, drink milk, not water.

it depends on what you want. hot, spicy, with meat, withy chicken, with veggies etc...
the only important thing is the tortilla, flour , corn, soft or hard, as long as it is a tortilla!
mexico an china are the 2 countries with the most diverse cuisine in the entire planet, if u wanted to try out every combiantion of tacos u would need 2 lifetimes! or more! or an asbestos covered stomach!

You get some good steak, you slice it, fajita like, u get urself some flour tortillas, put some cheese in them, any kind it does not matter, i like mozzarella cheese, in mine.

u put the meat in the tortilla, the cheese , and put it in a pan, untill the cheese melts, then, u can add beans, or avocado, or whatever!

whenever u come to mexico city, ill take u to eat 69 different kinds of tacos!
my favorite tacos are of the "pastor" variety , they have pork meat cooked in some sort of red sauce, toghether with onion , cilantro, and pineapple, goddam delicious!!!
